Automatic Delete of Rejected Mail

Deleting mail automatically -- without seeing it first -- is a feature that no one feels comfortable with in the beginning. Unlike other manufacturers of "average" filters, we understand how you feel!

As you use Mailbox Filter and see how it really does "think" like you do, you will begin to notice that all email landing in the "junk" box... IS really junk!

Once you feel comfortable with this fact, you can choose to use our "Delete all REJECTED mail directly from server" feature.

How does this work? Mailbox Filter scans your mail at the server, and based on all your acceptance criteria, can determine for you what is to be REJECTED. At this point, Mailbox Filter will simply delete all REJECTED mail right from the server so you will never see the junk!

You can turn this option on or off at any time you choose.

NOTE: We have never had any reports of anyone losing important email, ever.
